Trusetee, Quality for Animal Life, Inc., since 1977.

Presented experience based testimony annually to BYU graduate students in Social Work about the etiology of sex abuse.  Presentaitons were  every year from 1997 to 2007.

Republican Party Senate District Chairman 1998 to 2000

Republican Party Credentials Chairman 2000

Board member with various Rehabilitation Advocacy Organizations, including Citizens for Penal Reform (formed by SLC mayor Rocky Anderson); Prisoner Information Network, and The Utah Department of Corrections Focus Group.   (1996 to 2002)
Accomplishments:   Published 2001 amicus brief to the
United States Supreme Court in the landmark case where sex offender registries were determined to be necessary for public safety.  The brief includes statistical facts that prove that at least 3 of every 5 molesters will never re-offend in their lifetime, but that it takes 2 decades to know which ones are not a public safety risk and which ones re-offend.  All nine Supreme Court Justices agreed that
punishments that are contained within sex offender registry statutes are Prohibited by the United States Constitution, and five of the nine Justices held that retroactive application of public disclosure of some registry information was permissible when it serves Public Safety.

Chairman, East Side Voter Forum 12 years (2001 to 2012)
Accomplishments:  Sponsored biannual Nomination Debates to assist Republican Delegates in doing their job to know all of the candidates, including their stands on issues, demeanor, and accessibility to voters.  During this 12 year period the Delegate Straw Poll votes taken after Republican Nomination debates, have always accurately predicted the Convention nomination outcome within 8% of the actual Convention vote, including that Jon Huntsman Jr.
and Nolan Karas would be the top vote getters out of 8 candidates in 2004; that Mike Lee and Tim Bridgewater would put sitting U.S. Senator Robert Bennett in
3rd place out of 8 candidates in 2010; that sitting U.S. Senator Orrin Hatch would be unable to achieve a Convention nomination on April 21, 2012, and would face Dan Liljenquist in the June, 2012 Primary Election.  During the 12 year period, all candidates to the elected offices for which debates were held were invited to participate and all candidates consistently made themselves available to the Delegates in every Republican Debate Forum that was sponsored,
except for Governor Olene Walker in 2004 who attended long enough to make a statement, then excuse herself to go to a baseball game.  Also, U.S.Senator
Orrin Hatch, in 2012 became the first and only Republican Candidate in 12 years who chose not to make himself accessible to the Delegates at the Debate.  The service of sponsoring Nomination Debates requires intense organizational effort and planning that only true patriots will give.  The Debates provided Delegates with an understanding of each candidate that short Convention speeches can never achieve.  Unlike more recent Delegate Debates that have begun to be offered, East Side Voter Forums are always free of charge to delegates and always include invitation of all of the candidates for nomination to participate and make themselves accessible to the Grass Roots.

Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable donations. Utah law does not limit contribution amounts or prohibit any entity from making a contribution. A
corporation that is incorporated, organized, or otherwise created less than 90 days before the date of a general election must file a statement of organization
with the lieutenant governor's office before making a contribution to a candidate's committee. Each corporation that has made expenditures for political purposes that
total at least $750 during a calendar year must file a verified financial statement with the lieutenant governor's office as needed on January 10, August 31, and seven days before the regular general election. (Utah Code 20A-11) Federal law prohibits contributions from foreign nationals.
